My diet this week hasn’t been extremely nutritious, I’ve been craving some sweet things 😩

That is difficult. Try Nova Chocolates when craving something sweet. Almost O carbs and and sugar free - very nice. I used to have it every week in the beginning and now I have it in my fridge and don't even crave the sweetness anymore. I have been off sugar for 10+ months and ow I don't crave it anymore. Sugar is extremely addictive and very hard to let go of.
