Hello!

I’m new to this but I’m a former college football athlete that lost himself in food. Today i want to share my story. With 5 kids and a wife my weight has gotten out of control. From 255 as a senior in high school to 275 as a college defensive lineman. Now 365 as a dad☹️. Today I’m on a mission to get back to 255 with the grace of God. Enjoy the journey.

Welcome man... you've done it before & you can do it again. Bunch of good people here always encouraging one another. Use this place on the good and bad days. Even now after losing all of my weight. I still track what I eat every day and check in each day here. Good luck to you brother🤝🙏
