Had problems with the app yesterday as it kept giving me a 403 forbidden error every time I tried to make a journal entry. I gave up.
So let's see if it will allow me to post today shall we?

Yesterday's fasting blood sugar was 7.0 mmol/L.
Today's fasting blood sugar is 6.8 mmol/L.

My son made dinner last night which was Meatloaf with Carrot coins tossed with butter & chives and a rice pilaf (all items made from scratch). My son laughed but was astonished that I measured the rice pilaf - 1/3 cup. He liked the presentation it gave and tried it for himself. Two hours post meal my blood sugar was 8.0 mmol/L. High but still within the window. If I had eaten any larger of a serving of the rice pilaf, my blood sugar would have been higher so good call on the measurement. Next Sunday my son has again offered to cook dinner, which I've accepted. We will be having Chili and afterwards I will be doing the 2 hour mark & test my blood sugar to see where it's at. And don't worry, I will post a pix for that ;)
