Just promise to do a little bit of something a couple times, and once you're there you will find your mood lifts and you can do a little more. Remember, a little bit of something will feel good, and there is no need for any dread.... everyone there has been there :)

Good job! Just do what you can right now and you will establish the pattern. Find things you enjoy to stay active.

You have this!! My trainer states that most people will stick it out two years if they get past the first few months but year 3 can be tough. Just keep telling yourself the why. I am in year 4 and go 3x a week but there are days I don't want to go but I am glad once I go that I did!

I love celery🌿, but I hair it with the potato🪒 peeler, so I remove most of the threads🧵, but raw is delicious and refreshing, only without dressing.

I have set days I plan to go to the Gym....Monday, Wednesday, Friday. On those days I get up, have coffee & breakfast, maybe tidy up a bit... then I put on my workout clothes. At the Gym, I have a set routine. If something gets in the way of my going one of my set days, I try to work out an alternative. I have been pretty consistent for 8 months. Hubby is my Gym buddy, but last week, when other things kept him away for a couple of days, I went by myself. I am retired, so the Gym has become my part time job. We all have to figure out a way to get committed & stick with it.

After a few weeks, going to the gym becomes as automatic as brushing your teeth. You'll establish your own rhythm & pace over time.

You have a great "why" -- your health. In my opinion, that's THE goal that matters most. Jordan Shrinks on YouTube offered some good advice -- write down the reasons WHY you want to do this, and reread them frequently.
