Sunday night's (3/26) dinner was my son's Chili creation. I decided to test my blood sugar before and after to see what happens with me. Before dinner blood sugar was 5.8 mmol/L. Two hours after dinner my blood sugar was 7.9 mmol/L - still within normal after dinner limits but the effects continued the next day (3/27) with my fasting blood sugar being 7.4 mmol/L.
