A bit on the pooped side today. Trying to get a week's worth of work done in 2 days - has me overwhelmed. Full as a tick, but wanting to emotionally eat. Don't really have anything to graze on, so that's probably good.

When I feel overwhelmed, stressed, anxious, I tend to want to eat until I'm done with whatever it is that has me feeling that way. Just keep marking things off your to-do list and hopefully you'll feel better.
