Thanks gang :) I record every day, because I am more interested in the trend. If I record once a week and that happens to fall on a bad scale day, I don’t get an honest number… What I do like to do on a whim, is occasionally weigh myself with my clothes on, and only recently, it has been lower than my starting weight. I suppose after your first pound, that’s the next milestone — curious behaviours :) I assume, breaking the 200 barrier is the next one? It does make “getting there” more interesting… It’s important that we entertain ourselves haha I laugh, but it’s true!!! Be Well, DV
