I had a disappointing day today, and of course - ate WAY too much. I thought it out logically in my head - "I would feel better and less stressed after a run than I will if I have a grilled cheese." But I still went for the grilled cheese. Why do I have such trouble doing what I know is right when I'm stressed?

Hey thanks for your motivating comment on my journal. I think you and I both share the same insanity when it comes to food and exercise as I would also have picked grilled cheese over a run. Followed by 4 hours of chocolate cake consumption....and then wondered why :-( You can do it though. I managed my fist 'good' day in a ages yesterday and hope it leads to more although my confidence and commitment is at an all time low....GO US!! After all, we make our own destiny :-)
