Stress eating has become a problem. Hopefully by recording what I'm eating, I'll at least cut back a bit. I was so hungry we went to Braum's for lunch, I restrained myself with the 1/6 cheeseburger & about half an order of fries. That wasn't the original plan, but I guess I let myself get too hungry.

I started to post this yesterday but somehow didn't save it. The reason for the stress eating is my hubby got a job offer in Hawaii, contingent on background checks stuff. Everyone says not to worry, he'll pass those (he did this once already) but the WAITING! Plus thinking about what to take & what to leave, buying a house, selling this one, it's just alot to deal with. Part of me thinks "this is no time to worry about dieting," but then I get on the scale and yeah. Time to get back on the diet track!
