Got home and here's what hubby and I did (he was unaware we were starting a new workout last night) - Did the quiz, and though we should be in the advanced program, we've fallen off the wagon and got left about 10 miles back! We started the beginner program:

15 Minutes Endurance (Walking the dog, Walking, or the Elliptical) at a slightly rushed pace. We walked the dog -- he did for the whole 15 minutes. I got tired of asking what time it was, and went in and finished the last 5 minutes on the elliptical.

10 minutes strength (using bands) - Start 1 set of 8-12 reps, working up to 2 sets with 16 - 24 reps in each set.
*Chest Flies
*Seated Rows
*Front Raises
*Lateral Raises
*Tricep Extensions
*Bicep Curls
*Standing Bends
*Stabilizers
*Leg Curls (I had assistance of Love -- our mastiff, who decided standing over my legs was a great place to be)
*Calf Raises

5 minutes stretching
*Whole Body
*Bicep
*Tricep
*Should/Back
*Chest
*Calf
*Quadricep
*Hamstring

And even though we'd been working out to P90x for about 2 months consistently earlier this year, this workout wore me slap out. I was in bed, exhausted by 10:30pm.

(That said, yesterday I pretty much had shakes all day with healthy snacks. Today, I just want to eat. And hubby ate the rest of the BBQ that i was anticipating for lunch. Oh well.)
