I have heard alot of people say dont weigh yourself everyday... but with me it works great cuz I just push myself harder. I'm losing wieght great but I just feel like my belly is still big after havin my daughter 3 years ago... I wish I knew better belly workouts.. I hope someone can share some with me soon :(
