Last night I opted to run on the elliptical....WHILE playing Candy Crush Soda. Took me 5 lives, but made it 15 minutes. It does make your brain work along with your body for sure, and the time just flew by! My husband thought I was nuts and gave a good belly laugh when I told him what I was doing. Hey, it worked. :)

Sister flew in last night - trying to stay up later than I normally can, I ate alot of junk. Didn't have what I had planned for supper (so hard to jump back to two shakes per day) -- had BBQ, black eyed peas, fresh cucumbers (3 small), slaw, and snacked on fruit....candy when it got up in the 11pm - 12:30am time. Taking Benadryl didn't help either....and the workouts, though not time consuming, just wear me out! Plus changing up bands probably helps too -- started with lighter ones...now to the harder ones.

Today, really, really trying to get the water in. Have been averaging 64 fl ozes...and really should be getting 118 fl oz in.

Wanting to snack today -- George still hasn't arrived. Could be starting the transition into "the change."

Keep at the workouts. They may be hard now, but they will get easier if you are consistent. Enjoy the time with your sister in law, just drink more water.
