Short yoga session in a hotel room. I was very tense in my body from my flights. Still tense but not as bad. Feels like I did some crazy hard workout how exhausted I feel in my muscles. Meals could have gone better in content but proud of some of the choices I made in abstinence. Mainly not finishing things because I “have to” or feeling like I have to eat any time it’s offered just in case I end up stranded in the desert starving🐪😆. I shared dinner with a coworker and couldn’t eat even half of my half of the meal so that was a success. I plan to do evennnnn better tomorrow and throughout the next few weeks of travel. Positive thoughts.
