Before I started to diet and exercise, I told myself that I would weigh myself everyday for a week to see the bigger picture. I wanted to see the weight fluctuation due to water retention and other things. And exactly as I thought each day can vary. Some days it said that I lost 2kg and some days said I put on 3 kgs. So I started to weigh myself everyday at the exact same time in the morning before I ate and the results were more stable. So the correct time to weigh myself is once a week in the morning before I eat.

That’s what I do.Have a wee, take all my clothes off,watch off,hair clip out… more or less once a week in the morning,just got up.
