I have had company in my house for a week and have been a bit distracted but I've made a tiny bit of progress. I feel good about my efforts. I anticipate a bit drop (a few lbs) in the next three days. STill working for that vacation goal to be below 190 before we leave mid july.

I am closer to reach my goal , I now set short term goal for myself, my new short term goal is to reach 190 pounds by December 31, 2015. I now weighed 200 pounds, today November 22, 2015. On my way to 190 pounds. Wish me luck! Blacky
