:( I am so mad at myself, I have no self control after I get home from work....I do great for breakfast and lunch but when I get home I eat from the time I get home till I go to bed. I guess it is because I don't have anything to do and I am bored eating........grrrr I have just got to stop that.

I'm having a little bit of this problem also. I heard a counselor say once, that sometimes we equate eating with relaxing. I definitely need to find another way to relax after work! Ideas welcome!

from what I heard listening to music is good reading a good book and also if you are gonna snack when you get home choose something light like maybe a yogurt or fruit and veggies. don't be hard on yourself it is a process to lose weight and you will get there.

I use to have this, but when I followed a low carb no sugar diet, this habit stopped and I lost much weight.
