Too high carbs today, but generally I think I'm doing good. Trying to go a little lower in calories and a little higher on the rabbit food this week to kickstart my metabolism. We'll see. If this doesn't work I'll do a little juice fast or something.

You could get by by just worrying more about your sugar levels. Your body needs good healthy complex carbs. ALWAYS keep your cals above 1200, at least! I also up my protein (80g) and fiber (35-45g per day) to help me not feel so (incredibly) hungry all day long while I am cutting cals. It helps alot. I read somewhere that women losing weight need 70-80 grams of protein to help them not to lose mucscle. Oh and I eat 5-7 little meals a day. It speeds your metabolism by keeping the body burning the fuel all day long. Hope this helps ya some. :o) Happy Losing!
