I may not have lost a great deal of weight this week, but I have noticed 3 inches less in my waist and hips. It looks like something is going right anyway!! :) Very happy with overall weightloss.

wow - that is awesome!!! I have the opposite situation, i have lost almost 12lbs and not even part of an inch has gone - I'll be happy when I see inches! Way to go!!!

How wonderful! I think what is going right is your excellent attitude and your excellent exercise! Three inches don't just fall off your waist and hips for no reason. You should be very proud of yourself!
