I am back on track and motivated more than ever. Just had a wonderful 2 hour workout. I have been food prepping and exercising my heart out. It feels a little frustrating when you don't see the results you want to see though. Well, this go around I am super motivated and it seems easier than the times before. I really believe it is because my husband is finally doing it with me this time. This is a very exciting time! Great results should be coming soon! As I think about my frustration I am reminded of a quote from Dory, "Just keep swimming!"
