i made this decision to be as fit as I could be and I did it on MY TERMS. i did it cuz i didn't want to get to a point when SOMEONE ELSE said - for example - you must lose weight for XYZ reason. this is on MY terms. cuz I'M in control. not my emotions. not other people. not my life circumstances.
