On June 8 2015 I had the gastric sleeve surgery done and I am down 45 lbs since then. I am really happy with the weight coming off. I am finally off my plateau. My goal is to get down to 200 lbs so hopefully I can do it

Have 4 friends who all lost over 100...one lost 150...one lost over 200..you can do it.
