Day 2. Had a very successful food day yesterday and started out today with exercise. Am getting more proficient with fatsecret Canada website. Find the mobile app a little more difficult to use, but really like the laptop version. So far Day 2 is OK on the food front. Here's hoping I can make it another day without giving in to old habits.
