Hi all! Checking in after one heckuva June. I was pretty sick all month from the time I came home from Europe and I’m still not truly feeling top notch. Infections, fevers, nausea and so much fatigue. I still don’t know what’s going on with me but am finally feeling well enough to start back with fitness and food focus. I have an appointment with a specialist later in July. I dropped down to 176 at one point but it was because I could not eat anything. Appetite is back and I am ready to begin again. Still fatigued from all the sickness but it’s improving. 😊 Admittedly, sort of depressed because I don’t know what is going on with my health when I feel like I was at my healthiest ever. Not knowing the answers makes me a little down.
