Good morning, FS WARRIORS!!! 💜 ✨️ So... I started my extended fast around 6 pm last night. I'm shooting for at least 5 days (no worries, I know what I am doing). The family really threw down on some sh!t food ALL weekend this week. There was McDonald's, KFC, Chinese food, pizza, ice cream, sandwiches, candy, soda, chocolate milk, mac n cheese, etc... all around me the entire weekend. None of that bothered me one bit. Then, the hubby asked me to fix him a bowl of chocolate pebbles cereal last night. I was fine with that. As I was preparing it, he asked me if I thought it was still good. What do we do when we check the freshness of something?? Yep, smell it...ugh. Ummm...chocolate... Bells and whistles went off for the first time in over a month. It was definitely time to drop an emergency chocolate fat bomb...lol. I really try to stay away from artificial sugars (at least it was stevia), but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do...lol.
