CN last night hence back to 329 this fine morning, gone soon I'm sure. Very annoyed though having a jab hasn't fixed my tennis elbow at all. Still no arm work, deadlifting etc :-( Very angry about that.

I feel for you. My tennis elbow is bad just now. Up at 3 am rubbing on pain killing gel. I can manage squats, bench press, swim and spinning. (pull ups and dips too but I pay for them in pain the next day!)
