Arggh....I love to bake bread.....but it doesn't like me! I am still going to bake some, but will have to maintain more willpower to not eat that much of it. I've pretty much stayed away from potatoes and can handle the pasta well if I keep portion control. Your 3lb loss is great....keep up the good work.
