Ok, finally home from my trip. We left on Sunday and I was sick and in bed ALL day on Wed and moved very slowly on Thurs. We got home this afternoon and I'm looking forward to getting back to my daily routine. I did NOT work out at all this week. BUT, I think I did at least hit 10K+ every day except for Wed and Thurs. I don't think I did bad on my food choices at all. I'm pretty sure I had somewhat of a decent deficit every day (ate a lot of salad and chicken). On Wed, I burned 1970 calories and it was only that high because of my fever, vomiting, and my constant restlessness in bed. The only calories that went in were 1 tiny bite of a granola bar and 2oz of Gatorade. Then Thurs I burned over 2200 and I KNOW I didn't eat even close 1800 as I was still feeling a bit "off". I did well yesterday and so far today. I haven't weighed since July 16th. (I wasn't going to take a scale with me on my trip lol) I'm going to weigh in tomorrow and hopefully I'll like what I see.
