Hello everyone I haven't taken the time to introduce myself yet. This is my first week with this app, and although I'm currently using the free model, I absolutely love it! I am 40 yrs old and from West Virginia. I have been lifting weights off and on for over 20 years. I am very experienced with strength and conditioning, nutrition, different training programs and approaches, and even the psychology behind it. I have taken it upon myself to educate myself and others on the benefits of living a balanced lifestyle, and the reads that come with dedication, perseverance, and accountability. I am not here for anything other than the experience. I enjoy lifting and the nutrition behind it. This app is pretty freakn awesome , and I'm glad I found it. if I can help someone along their journey, great! if someone has some advice for me, I'm also open to constructive criticism. I'm open to communication with others and being apart of this community. Thanks for the opportunity to just be.... always remember wellness requires a 3 tier approach; mind, body, and soul, or better yet; physical, mental, and spiritual exercise.
