Had an aha moment last night watching Extreme Weight loss with Chris and Heidi Powell. Love that show, during commercials I walked my stairs.

I live in a townhouse with 2 levels, 16 stairs each level, started at the bottom, went to the top. Did 22 floors, in between did weights with my kettle bells. I NEED TO GO TO THE GYM! But in the mean time I can do stuff at home. The little dog thought I was nuts, she walked with me the first few times then just stood and watched.
