Day 3 of fasting. I am doing this for health reasons! Please everyone keep in mind, prolonged fasting isn't for everyone. I am doing this in order to achieve autophagy, because I have been having a lot of health issues since giving birth in January and the doctors can't figure out what is wrong. Yes, I am also trying to lose weight but I am fasting to cleanse my body and induce autophagy. If any of you are curious about the many benefits of fasting, I recommend looking up articles or watching YouTube videos on the subject. The first day I was hungriest, the second day slightly hungry, and today I am not hungry at all but feeling a little weak. This is also not a true fast because I am allowing myself to drink water, coffee, and tea, and I am taking vitamins and supplements. There are many ways to induce ketosis and autophagy, and you will know when you feel it. I have way less aches and pains while fasting. I'm also down a few pounds but those with eating disorders please proceed with caution if you are considering fasting. I reiterate: I am primarily doing this for HEALTH reasons! hope all of you have a great day !
