No worries ☺️. Back to the basics. Breathe and reassess start tracking your meals before or during eating it reduces the amount you eat (mindful eating/adds more reinfection), drink water before you eat your meal, 80% rule stop 🛑 when your 80% full with your meal for about ten minutes to is if your full before continuing, avoid emotional/boredom eating by taking walk or talking to someone else for about thirty minutes as a distraction; these ideas are helpful to get back into the swing of things after a summer 🏝️🌞 off 😁.
