8/1/23. 2 years of dieting and going strong. weekly averages tapering back down. learning and evolving. being more diligent about sodium and fiber. better protein sources.

staying aroung 1800 calories daily. keeping with 1 day a week diet cheat days. 2 days a week of enjoying beer.

probably around 12% body fat but need to have a check. weights every morning, cardio every evening.

it's not enough to change what you do. one must change who they are. change the psychology, only then will the body change.
