Well, I'm half way through my first day and I seem to be only thinking of food...I'm doing good though! This is like when I quit smoking, I used to think about, talk about, even dream of smoking. I suppose I have an addictive personality... Good thing I never tried smoking crack, lol!

Hang in there. It does get better. I know what you mean. When I started all I did was think of food. I craved everything & anything. Stuff I didn't even like looked good cause I couldn't have it. I think smoking was a lot easier in a way. But my body paid for it cause I packed on some pounds. Just take it one day at a time. Before you know it you will not always be thinking of food.

Its tough at the beginning, but it does get better, it doesn't get easier, but better. Soon, your body will crave the good stuff, so just hang in there.
