18 weeks post op. 2 lbs scale decrease. Liking the downward trend after so many weeks of not moving. Another week of only maybe 2 resistence training workouts, but continued with additional cardio at home. Last nights neighborhood run was able to match my cardiac rehab treadmill workouts of a 5 miniute walk, followed by a 20 minute continuous jog, and closed out with a 5 minute walk cooldown. Previously had to take a 2 minute walk between 5 minute jogs so this is definitely improvement. Starting to see 3rd row of abs a little. I have been stricter on increasing protein to around 200 grams per day and keeping carbs at or below the protein intake... looking for at least a 40/40/20 split.
