Today I’m reflecting on my journey. I joined FS 6 months ago. My goal was to lose weight but instead I’ have found grace for myself when I’m hurting or weak, and an understanding that progress doesn’t mean perfection. Not sure 🤔 where my 🍑 has gone! 😂

Sometimes reaching for a "goal" is the wrong approach. Too often, a goal is viewed as a one time acheivement. When in reality we are building healthy habits and a healthy lifestyle to maintain for the rest of our lives. Our "goal" weight simply represents the size/shape that we wish to maintain. That ideal size and shape may change as we evolve. Your size and shape is looking good!!!!

as far as 🍑: focus activating all parts of glutes- bridges with resistance, frog pumps, hip CARs, squats, standing or supine leg lifts with resistance band...to name a few examples exercises..

I love penderg’s message and agree you look great! I think the pants make a difference with your butt. The “before” has different Coloring that helps with the illusion. Little things like that make a difference in perception. And lighting. Learned that from this site.

Thank you Shake Those Pounds. Yes the pants are not the same. Six months ago, those were the only ones that fit me. Lol😝 But regardless of the pants, I can see I’ve made improvements to my body contour. 😉 It’s often hard for me to see it in the mirror on the day to day because I still see things like back flab and cellulite. The photos help me with perception.
