Why is losing weight so hard? I put very little effort into getting fat.

I blame it on the menopause myself! Never had so much bother before.

Yeah, never-ending struggle.. I'm sure I'm perimenopausal plus MS does not help as well, so it will get harder and harder to get there, but we're going to support you all the way! 🤗💪

Thank you ladies. I'll be 59 in 10 days, the menopause was brutal but thankfully done now. I exercise as much as I can but with extensive arthritis, hypermobility and crps in one leg it can be difficult, so active on the good days.

I’ve always struggled with my weight pre menopause isn’t fun weight doesn’t shift even when cutting calorie intake am not active due to my condition
