I'm not going to even bother with tracking my food this weekend. Whenever we are at the in-laws, they refuse to hear of any diet. "It's a vacation from everything, even diets" they say. So there were eggs and bacon and bagel breakfast, spaghetti and garlic bread, there were sandwiches, there was steak and baked potato. Just a LOT of food. And no internet connection because they live in the middle of NOWHERE. Oh well. Start back this week.

That's both a blessing and a curse, lol! When that happens, the best tact might be to use portion control and go out for walks as much as you can.
