Been so hot Ive been lazy. Cooler temps on tap for the next 7 days but rain/storms every day, ugh. At least this horrible heat wave is ending.
Doing pretty well on my 16 hr fasts, but is that something we should do daily, or "intermittently"? I'll have to check.
Seems like every time I get into the groove of something my body adapts and hangs onto the weight for dear life. So have to have a strategy.
Hope everyone is having a good week. No loss for me so far. Maybe tomorrow... ;D
