Thanks, OTB, it ONLY took 2 hours to get there. 🤣 I forgot to do my "good mornings", so I came home & did 4 sets of 12, body weight.

Thanks, guys! 🙂 Today is upper body; lower weight, higher rep day. I hate to lower weights (I'm already weak there), but I've read that builds more muscle while higher weight, lower reps builds more strength. So, I try to mix it up. 🤷♀️ Will post workout later.

Great workout! You are killing it. I am like you and hate lower weight, higher rep days. I actually think they are harder and enjoy my heavy weight less rep days.

@Red... I agree. ...and it I think it's a little bit of an ego thing too...lol. I definitely get more of a burn on low weight, high rep days though.
