Up and ready for a walk with Debbie. Once I get home I'll wait for a while and hopefully go for another walk with my husband. Just hope I have the energy this morning. I will catch up with everyone in a little while. (40 minutes). My husband and I walked for an hour and 15 minutes so I was able to complete my 100 challange. That is if that is what I am supposed to do. If anyone could explain to me what the 100 exercise is I would really appreciate it. I was also able to work out with zumba. I know that I don't have it listed as my challenge anymore but I really enjoyed it while I did so I am going to try to continue doing it. Have a great day all!!
