Offically up 2 pounds because of my free day. Suckage. But, I do know that most of that will come back off rather quickly as long as I get back on track and move around. Sewed most of the day. Working on my quilt. I finally got the front done...but I'm about 3 yards short on the batting and backing. It's fricking huge. Bigger than a California King size bed. Should have thought that out a little bit better. Sigh. Oh well. Next month I'll be able to get everything that I need. Then I can FINALLY complete the two year quilt! HA!

Didn't do Zumba today and probably won't next week either. Not enough money. Today I was really sore though...so I guess it was a good idea not to go. I did do laundry today and play with robert and mack and sewed on the machine for most of the day...so I don't feel to bad about not going to zumba.

That being said...I do need to move around some more. I keep coming up with excuses though. Like...it's over 100 degrees outside (which I DO think is a valid point) or my back is sore (even though moving it loosens up the muscles and reduces the pain). The fact of it is I've come to terms with the eating...for the most part. The moving??? Not so much. I would LOVE to ride a bike again..but I'm about 70 pounds away from that being a good idea. I'm afraid I'm gonna pop the tires on the bike we have and can't afford a fat people bike.

I just feel bad because I don't feel like I'm doing as much as I could be on the moving around front. I could join the community gym..but we can't really afford a membership and I never saw the point in being a part of a gym. Paying to do something that you could do for free at home. But now I'm starting to see the point.

Rambleing I know.

Hun, just do things you can do at home right now (walking, yoga - lots of vids and websites online for the poses etc. ) and then think about the gym when you guys are a bit ahead. I couldn't afford the gym - and never saw the point as I could do it at home but now that I have my membership I go everyday I can because not going means I am just spending money stupidly, its good motivation for me to keep going.

You're right about the 2 pounds, it's probably salt or something, and it'll be gone as quickly as it came on... although, I'm a bit concerned you're back to weighing more than once a week... Don't make Michael take the scale away again! LOL For exercise, just start off committing to something small - like 2 times a week walk for 20 minutes at the local mall. Then increase. You can set a plan in place and make it happen! You've got the food under control, you can do the exercise too!
