Looks very yummy, but I’d be hungry shortly after and would need a bit more protein and fat. I LOVE bananas!

Yes, it’s special k with berries. My favorite. Thank you and the cup is a set of dishes. They come in settings of four, but I bought two, because four is not enough around here. We no longer use paper plates. I refuse to spend the money on them, since I can use our dishes. We have cut down on paper goods. Everything has went up in price and I’m not using things we can do without using.

Love the lunch! Am a cereal eater too. My lifestyle doesn't allow much cooking. I am going to have a Whey Supplement and milk to get my protein. Love the opportunity of seeing everyone's meal pictures and posts for ideas.
