I started out pretty good this morning but by afternoon I fell into a stoop!!
Woke up early and walked like I normally do with my neighbor and husband. I felt great!! Came home cleaned up the house folded laundry and then it happened...my grandson came to see me. :) I love him so much but lord he makes me soo tired.
I did not stick to my diet today like I should have. It seems that the pressure of finding the dress for my youngest daughters wedding is getting the best of me. I have tried Penny's, Belks, Norstromes, Macy's, Cato's, Goody's, and a few other places around albemarle, charlotte, and concord. I feel like giving up and it is showing through my food intake. I am sick of looking like I do!! I have lost a total of 11 and 1/2 inches and it is still not enough to help me get into a dress that doesn't look like a trash bag!! I hate shopping, I hate food, and I can't stand myself at this moment. (Even though I know it will be ok in the morning). Sorry for the spluttering.
I will see what I can do in the morning about a dress, or whatever I can find to fit me.
My daughter, son-in-law and grandson just left and I am going to go to bed and get this day over with. Take care and I will talk to you later. ;)

Chin up! I hope your day is better today, and you find the perfect dress. I'm with you. I also hate shopping with a passion. Trying on clothes and have them not look good on can be depressing, but you're working at that right! Don't stop! Imagine how much fun you're going to have shopping when you've lost the weight you want to! And..you've lost a lot of weight! Imagine if you had to shop for a dress if you hadn't made it this far! You're doing awesome! Try some bridal shops for your dress. Where I live, that's pretty much where you have to go to get a nice dress. They usually have quite a large assortment, even in plus sizes.

That's true - the Alfred Angelo collection has a ton of plus sized dresses and they actually look nice - you can buy them at any bridal shop!

Thanks amkimber and BrandyRelaxing!! :) I'll tell you what, I've been really emotional these last couple of days. It has been rough but I did find three dresses that fit me really nice and I have one being shipped here from Belk's. If the one does not fit from Belks it'll be ok. I think I have the one. It is navy blue with rinestones comming across the breast of the gown, it gathers tighter underneath the breast and it has some more rinestones gathered to one side of the dress and then starts it flairs out to give me a nice curvy outline without being too tight around the dairy air. I believe that I may take it to have the bust taken up alittle because I am what they call a pearshape woman. That is one of the reasons that I have had such a hard time finding something. My rear end, legs and arms are considered one size like an 18 but my waist and bust are measured as a 16. My daughter told me to lift weights to tone up my arms so I think that I will start doing that a couple times a day to see if it helps. Thanks again for your support. You don't know how much it means to me.
