OMGoodness, its 3:50 a.m. i can not force my body to rest. i'm w/0 my medicine for my nerve pain in my legs & arms.....hurting more now than before. thank goodness i go to doc this morning. i have done messed this day UP!!! i have eat more tonight than i have eaten in a very long x. guess i was eating to try and move so i wouldn't hurt so bad.... :(( didn't work, just made me mad @ myself. Have got a LLOONNGG day ahead too. maybe since i've already (pigged out) i will not eat anything til way longer, like 5 pm. didn't walk yesterday b/c i hurt and did not do my evening exercises. doesn't look to promising this morning either.
