Thinking about starting the keto diet next week. Will hopefully weigh myself when I get home. Stretch marks are starting to show again and I can't tell if they're from losing or gaining weight.

Hey, are you a girl or boy? I hope things get better for you. Just eat for health. Prioritize protein and fat. Meat. Chicken. Eggs. Salmon. Cook with butter, add some veggies and if you want berries. 😋 you are still growing and developing so nutrition is even more important. Low Carb is good for anyone. Think. What did our ancestors eat. And enjoy life! Destress by waking or riding a bike!

I'm a transgender boy and I've been eating a lot of tuna and eggs lately which has helped and I've noticed a drop in my weight. I haven't been able to walk lately because it's been pouring for the past few days but I'm hoping to go on more walks next week😁
