sitting reflecting on a saturday morning "diet cheat day". what a valuable day. plays a big part in overall success.

success is made up of all the parts: meal prep, weighing, measuring, planning, logging, tracking, goals, physical activity, changing habits, changing behavior, changing psychology.

no wonder people get burned out and quit or "get bored"....or quit before even getting started. but alas, the diet cheat day helps with that a lot. once day a week for me to eat and drink and do what i want.

with this, i feel that i have achieved intrinsic motivation.

been doing this for over 2 years now and the goal was a new plan i can live on forever. i have no intention of changing back.
