It’s been a pretty good week with goals. Getting good sleep each night and have done daily affirmations. Progress not perfection.
I am enjoying my AM workouts with the husband and it has been very energizing. This week I did 355 minutes of workouts total (steady all 7 days) and have been elbow planking at 3.5 minutes.
Food choices continue to be mediocre and probably the biggest reason I do not make much progress with weight but I keep trying and adjusting and trying some more. I’ll keep working to refine. 🙂

T3r3sa thanks! Otb thanks, too! I don’t know if impressive but I was pleased with myself about some things I made progress on. Trying to celebrate any wins I can right now. 😊
