The Carb Monster found me last night. I had gold fish crackers and apple cake that I made on Sunday. I'm off to my parents tonight, so I will take the cake over there.

I'm a bit ticked off with my one sister. Haven't talked much with her all summer as she feels her family lets her down (which is all in her head and my mom has told her repeatedly) and that her friends are much better. Anyway, she was in a wedding on the weekend and posted pictures to FB. However, she blocked me for seeing them. The only way I found out was my hubby made a comment to me about them. I'm in my right mind to send her a text and tell her what I think but then again she claims she never gets my texts. Big sigh!

I did a Melissa Bender lower body workout on Sunday. It was 15 minutes long but man am I super sore!! Google her if you need a quick workout that still kicks your butt!

Good thinking taking the cake for other people to eat! Family can be frustrating, but it's her problem not yours. Sending her a nasty text will only fuel her fire of how you let her down. What I always do is kill them with kindness. Send her a text about how nice she looked or how much fun she looked like she was having. That seems to dig at negative people more than anything, but maybe that would open up a better line of communication. I'm glad I have brothers! :)

Glen's comments are spot on and excellent advice, and I doubt you would find any better anywhere. Haven't tried the workout, I'd probably have to get surgery to unwrap me following it. Have a spectacular day.
