for recording purposes. 150's now trending for 4 out of 7 days a week. recovery from diet cheat day food now 3 days and hitting the 150's by wednesday. good consistent recovery means good metabolism and digestion.

13 hour fasting window built in by design, not by choice. the jury is still out on this one, but it's not having much impact either way. it's not hurting, but it's not the miracle method people think it is. the autophagy people seek max's out in about a week, and making one's blood acidic is not a real thing.

strength is decent and energy levels are same. sleep patterns good. appetite hungry, but hunger does not mean a person needs food.
