So, I'm on my 8th day of my new "lifestyle". I'm not going to call it a diet because I'm not dieting. I'm changing my eating habits and overall lifestyle. I've lost 6 lbs so far. I found the last few days my weight has been coming off slowly. Two days I was at 171 and the next three days at 170. Mind you, I haven't been exercising since I work from home as well as live far away from town. (Thankfully I'm moving soon, so I'll be out and about more often). Right now there are no stores I could walk to even if I wanted to pick up a few things for dinner.
BUT, I do have an exercise machine at home. It's a 2-in-1 recumbent bike and rowing machine. I've used it a couple times here and there but not as much as I should. SOOOO....I've decided to add a new routine to my days and see how things go from there.
AM: Weigh-in 10 mins. of stretching/Yoga Breakfast & Green Tea 30-60 mins. of rowing/cycling
Afternoon: Lunch Day goes on as usual Lots of water throughout the day
PM: Dinner & Green Tea 10 mins. of stretching/yoga 30-60 mins. of rowing/cycling Green Tea before bedtime
I'm gonna give this a try for one week starting tomorrow, Tuesday September 22nd and see how it goes. Although I will be working out on the machine for one hour tonight. Now that I've publicly posted it, I kinda have to stick to it ;) *crosses fingers* Hope it works out!
